As default, the audio transparency is on. Transparency on means that the earphones’ microphones will pick up the sounds in the surroundings, and transmit that sound to your ears. To switch audio transparency off, just double-tap the touch area on one earphone. To turn on transparency again, double-tap again. In this way, you at all times get the freedom to choose if you want to have the outside sounds coming through together with the music/phone call. This function comes in handy for example when you are out walking in the traffic: you can then turn on the audio transparency to allow you to hear the sound from approaching cars.
When not in use, store the earphones inside the capsule. This will protect the earphones from dust, keep them together and also keep them charged and ready for you to be able to use them whenever you desire.
Protect the capsule from dust, moisture and objects which might scratch the surface of the capsule.
Remember to clean the earphones from time to time. Any dirt or other foreign material (for example grease) on the earphones’ charging plate will hinder the earphones from charging when inserted in the capsule.
Buildup of earwax or other foreign material on the mesh net of one or both earphones can result in lower perceived audio or audio imbalance. The mesh nets can be seen clearly when the foam tips are removed. Please clean that part of the earphones thoroughly, so that the mesh nets are see-through.
Clean the earphones by very gently wiping them with a clean damp cloth. Do not immerse the earphones in water or other liquids! Let the earphones dry completely before use.
When the earphones are connected to the app, there will be a notification in the app if a new software update exists. If you initiate the software update, the update will first be downloaded to your sending device, and then transferred from sending device to one earphone at a time.
